an appointment with one of our specialists or fill out
the Request an Inspection
form and one of our representatives will contact
you shortly. |

Step 2: |
For free, one of our masonry specialists will visit
your home to inspect your masonry work – pin pointing
any potential problem areas. |

Step 3: |
You will receive a written detailed Inspection report
highlighting the areas around your house that require
attention. |
| |
|
Step 4: |
If you desire to have the work estimated, we will
provide you with a detailed quotation along with an
exact start date. Attached to the estimate package will
be testimonials and references from previous clients
– who you are welcome to contact. |

Step 5: |
There is no obligation to have the work performed!
If you choose to move forward with the masonry project
we will sign a service agreement with you, clearly outlining
the start and completion dates, a detailed description
of the work being performed and the total price to complete
the entire project. We do not charge by the hour, we
charge by the job - so you do not have to worry about
surprise charges when the work is completed. |

Step 6: |
As soon as the project is finished to your satisfaction,
you will be required to pay in full - unless you choose
to take advantage of our Easy
33 Payment Plan. |

Step 7: |
At the end of the project you will receive a written
Guarantee. |

Step 8: |
Fill out our Customer
Feedback form, if you choose to let us
know how we did during your masonry project. |
| |
|
Step 9: |
As part of our free Masonry
Protection Program (MPP) we will provide
you with (1) free follow up inspection (between February
and April the following year), making sure that there
are no defects in our workmanship. |

Step 10: |
Congratulations the project is complete! It’s time
to relax and enjoy the masonry upgrade on your home! |
